We're leaving for medical school this fall and are renting our gorgeous house when we leave. The house is a three bedroom, two bath, approximately 1400 sq feet on a 1/4 acre lot in Spanish Springs. There is a two car garage, nice landscaping in the front, plenty of room on the side of the house for storage, shelves in the garage, etc. The neighborhood is great (as are the neighbors), the house is gorgeous, and we will rent it fully furnished (or partially or not at all if you request it).
The house was built in 2004 and we remodeled it in 2008. We installed new flooring, new carpet, new paint, and a variety of other touches.
It's a great family house close to schools, shopping, and everything else.
We are planning on renting it anytime after October (but will work with you if necessary for a different date). We are looking for serious renters looking for a long term lease. Rent will be $1300 non furnished or $1400 furnished per month.
